Creatonix Digitech provides digital services such as digital marketing, design, development, branding, and strategy. Most of our work is customized and planned according to each client's specific goals and requirements; because of this, time, effort, and resources are invested right from the beginning of a project.

For this reason, refunds depend on the nature of the service and how much work has already been completed.

Advance Payments

To start a project, we usually ask for an advance or upfront payment. This helps us assign the right team, plan the project properly, and begin work without delays.

Once the project has started, advance payments are non-refundable. This is because the work begins immediately in the form of planning, research, strategy creation, setup, or initial execution.

Eligibility For Refunds

We consider a refund in the following situations:

  • If the project is cancelled before we begin any work
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to a reason from our side
  • If a refund has already been clearly mentioned in a written agreement or proposal shared in advance

If a refund is approved, it will be calculated after deducting charges for any work already done and basic administrative costs.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds won't apply in the following situations:

  • If the work has already started or some part of the service is completed
  • If marketing campaigns, ads, or promotions have already gone live
  • For design, development, or content work, once it has been shared or approved
  • If delays happen because we didn't receive timely responses, inputs, or approvals from the client
  • For any third-party costs, such as ad spend, software tools, plugins, hosting, or domain purchases

These costs are non-recoverable once they have been used.

Monthly and Retainer-Based Services

For monthly or retainer services like SEO, social media management, or ongoing marketing support:

  • Payments for a month can't be refunded once that month has started
  • If you want to stop the service, just inform us before the next billing cycle

This helps us plan our work properly and prevents extra or unnecessary charges.

Project Cancellation

If you decide to stop a project after work has started, we understand. By then, some work would already be done.

  • We'll charge only for the work done till the project is stopped
  • Any remaining amount will be adjusted based on that
  • Once work is done or already in progress, the payment can't be returned.

This helps keep things fair on both sides.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, we'll begin the process right away. In most cases, it takes about 7 to 14 working days to complete.

  • The refund will be sent back using the same payment method that was used while making the payment, wherever possible
  • The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment service provider

Please note that once the refund is processed from our side, we have limited control over the exact credit time. If there is any delay, your bank or payment gateway will be able to provide more information.

  • We will review the information and speak with you if needed to reach a fair decision. Our team handles all such matters with care and within a reasonable time.
